I am a second-year PhD student in Finance at the
Shidler College of Business
at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. My past affiliations include the
University of Hawai‘i Economic Research Organization (UHERO)
and the Institute for Sustainability and Resilience,
where I worked on projects related to climate risk, real estate markets, and statewide sustainability planning. My research interests span financial intermediation, corporate finance,
real estate, and environmental economics.
