Aloha!
I am a second-year Ph.D. student in Finance at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa's Shidler College of Business. My research lies at the intersection of corporate finance and emerging technologies, examining how artificial intelligence shapes firm-level outcomes.
I also conduct research in real estate and environmental economics, focusing on climate risk and affordability. My past roles include work with the University of Hawai‘i Economic Research Organization (UHERO) and the Institute for Sustainability and Resilience, where I contributed to statewide sustainability initiatives.
